Understanding Our Return Guidelines
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we kindly remind you that all orders are considered final upon placement - they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the safety and integrity of our products, which are intended for medical purposes and are single-use only.
Exceptions to the Rule
If you encounter a rare issue with your order that might qualify an exception, please get in touch with our customer service team. Contact us at team@needle.tube within 48 hours of receiving your delivery (as marked by FedEx tracking information).
Should there be a rare case where a return or refund is deemed necessary, we will guide you through the process. Approval for such requests will be given in writing, detailing all necessary steps.
Please note that shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon the rare case of return, our dedicated team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our criteria. Once verified, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please be aware that refunds can only be issued after we have received and verified the returned product. Any items that are damaged or missing in the return shipment will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, even when a return approval is provided previously.
